Projects
Enhancing the academic experience of current and future students
The Crimson Tide Foundation makes contributions to the District using four programs.
1. Venture Grants are awards of from $250 up to $1000 given to aid teachers in the design and development of educational materials, field trips, and other resources for the implementation of innovative and creative classroom projects that will enhance student learning.2. General Grants are used for various types of equipment and services that benefit student learning. Generally these grants are for larger amounts than Venture Grants and are presented after extensive consultation with faculty and administrators.3. EITC Grants use available funds to enhance learning in the area of the Pennsylvania State Approved Project for the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.4. Scholarship Grants use funds donated to the Foundation for the expressed purpose of scholarships.Â
